The Third Annual Deep Blues Festival sported the largest and most ambitious combination of performers. 2009 spanned several days relocated to The Cabooze, an in-town venue, with indoor and outdoor stages. Many of the 2007 and 2008 performers made a return. Some very special folks who were previously not available dropped in. New to this year, a stage was also set for a very large selection of regional bands that had expressed interest in the festival. Radio Moscow returns with their trademark loud psychedelic sound.
